Our standard rental period is 4 days, beginning the day you receive the garment. This gives you time to try it on, stun the crowd at your fantasy event, then post it back. * if you require a longer rental period than 4 days please get in touch, depending on the demand for that particular garment, we are always happy to be flexible on longer rental periods where possible.

A: We're actively building our rental collection to offer a variation of styles and sizes. If you don't find your size available in this initial collection, please contact us! Knowing which styles & sizes our customers are looking for will help us grow a collection of Garments to suit everyone.

Book in advance to avoid disappointment! We's always recommend booking at least 2 - 4 weeks in advance, especially for our most popular gowns or peak times (e.g. UK fantasy ball dates, popular fantasy event dates, halloween, prom season).

The security deposit is designed to deter against theft & also covers costs associated with late returns and any minor, repairable damage to the gown. It is fully refunded after the garment is returned and inspected by us.

No! Please do not attempt to clean or repair the garment yourself. Each dress is uniquely made and require specialised, professional cleaning. please leave this to us!

Yes absolutely ! For nearly all our fantasy gowns, we offer the option to rent "Just the Gown" or "The Full Look." Choosing the full look means you'll receive the gown and all the accompanying accessories seen on the model.

We include a pre-paid, pre-addressed return postage label with every order. Simply place the dress back in the original packaging, attach the new label, and drop it off at any Royal Mail post office by 4 PM on your rental end date. we recommend keeping your proof of postage receipt.

As a UK-based business, we currently offer delivery exclusively within the United Kingdom. *If you are outside the UK and have found your dream gown on our rental site, you are more than welcome to contact us. In certain circumstances, We'd be happy to explore international shipping options. As the business grows, we may also look at delivering internationally.
